Not capturing movements

I am not able to capture movements in the camera.

Have a look at the base station mode to see if is armed. You may want to toggle it back and forth to ensure it is working.

If you’re not getting notifications first check the motion detector is working by using the motion detector utility in the individual camera settings.
If it is not working then reset the camera or pull the battery for 20sec and check again.
If it was working then check the armed mode for the camera rules are set correctly.

Are you getting notifications, but no recordings?

Thanks! Yes, I have a subscription. I guess I did wrong with my activity zones. I cannot figure out how to delete them and reset it.

Swipe the zone (at the bottom of the screen) left in the app, and you'll see a delete option.

 

Or select it in the PC web browser (my.arlo.com).
