Not able to Grant Access VMS5440

When I go to the grant access tab on the computer or app, the add button will not allow me to input friend details and send an invite. It is greyed out. What am I doing wrong?

Previously, the account had an admin and one user granted access. The granted user became the admin when it was taken over.  

(This was due to relationship split 😉

Are you doing this from the primary account (what you call the admin)?

Yes I am using the primary account. I have tried on the app and computer.
