I have selected my activity zones, changed sensitivity to 50 and I am still getting alerts every 5 minutes for all of my cameras! It's insane and making me want to take them down and return. What's the point of the activity and sensitivity selections?

This could well be due to camera positioning. If the camera has too large a view, there could be extraneous objects causing this. It's possible that the sun's strong IR is being reflected and bouncing off an object inside your zones. Repositioning the cameras to reduce the view may help. Screenshots of the camera(s) view(s) could be useful.

Try setting the motion threshold to 1 (the smallest possible value).

 

If you still get the notifications, then try doing a hardware reset of the camera.

activity zones have been applied to exclude the streets, skies, etc so it should only be capturing footage when someone is trespassing.
