Hi there,
just wondering if anyone is having the same issue. I have 2 old Arlo cameras that have been working fine for 6 years. Purchased another Arlo ultra 2 camera and for this camera only I can only get notifications on my phone of the motion but there is no recordings at all.
I don’t have any subscription . Tried to contact support but they only indicated that I have to pay subscription to access videos.
can anyone explain what is going on?

And that is why you aren't getting recordings.
Legacy cameras were sold with 7 days of free cloud recording, which Arlo still provides.
Currently sold cameras (starting with the Ultra back in 2018) don't have this feature, and require a subscription to get any cloud storage.
Do you have a smarthub (VMB4540 or VMB5000)? Or is your base a VMB4000 or VMB4500?
