No alerts on a CVR subscription

Why do I not receive alerts for motion when I moved onto an expensive 24 seven CRV subscription?

Yes, I can look back and see the video recording, but what I’m missing is an alert when the motion occurs. It’s all very well watching somebody and your car what would be more available is to be alerted that the theft was actually taking place.

When I had security, plus I received the letters and still do on another two camera I have in the other part of the house.

 

Can anyone help me?

Make sure that you have each camera that you are wanting alerts from set up correctly.
