Need information about Arlo camera's.

Here's what I'm trying to find out. Does any of their camera's able to take pictures/motion at NIGHT if I put it INSIDE my house in front of a window pointing towards the street? I had a Samsung, Smart Cam model, SNH-P6410BN that would take take pictures at night in front of a window but their camera business went out of business and they no longer have any kind of support, etc. so i can see what pictures/motion it took at night. All the other camera companies their camera's won't take pictures/motion at night if their camera is up against a window pointing outwards. Also, can I view the pictures/motion on my Desktop computer that it takes everyday?

You can view videos from either your phone or a PC.  But you will need an Arlo Secure subscription to get storage.
