Need help with RMA for Ultra 2

I need help with initiating RMA. How can I return an Ultra 2 camera bought from Arlo.com without subscription??? chat bot doesn't let me initiate it.

Is this for a faulty camera? You need a subscription to start and RMA process - a temporary single camera sub would suffice and cancel it when satisfied.

Are you able to provide details as to why you are returning the camera? What are you experiencing?
