With latest upgrade of the app my storage stopped working. Is anyone experiencing the same? I have Samsung s22 ultra and cannot get local storage while my wife iphone is working well. I contacted arlo but after 2 weeks they are still investigating

- go to the devices page
- press the tile for the smarthub
- select "Storage Settings"
do you see the recordings there?

I've seen the same thing but I just tried it and - POW! It loaded almost instantly! Part/most of that is likely due to my copying files off the microSD card monthly (I'm using a VMB5000) and reformatting so the card is relatively empty. I suppose that may be an issue, that the number of videos is causing this (a timeout needs to be extended?). In any event it worked great this morning.
