I am planning on removing a LAN Base and 2 Ultra cameras from one account and moving them to another. This is the procedure I think I am going to use (Please comment)
1) Remove Base "A" from PRIMARY Account (will that automatically remove the 2 cameras on that base?)
or
2) Remove 2 Cameras from Base "A" , then Remove Base "A" from PRIMARY Account.
3) Add Base "A" to SECONDARY Account
4) Add 2 Cameras to to SECONDARY Account
Now , since these cameras were past their trial period. Should I be able to set up a new subscription under
SECONDARY Account
I am assuming I can do all of this, so now SECONDARY Account it separate from PRIMARY (different ARLO Account emails) and SECONDAY will have its own subscription plan. Also by removing the Cameras from the PRIMARY account, that should also eliminate them from the total subscription plan in PRIMARY

The system should also remove the cameras from both the subscription and the base when you remove the base.
But I'd still use step 2, and then check that the cameras are no longer in the subscription plan list. Of course you could alternatively move them out of the plan before you do step 2 (making no assumptions about the app doing any steps automatically for you).

Yes - once you go through the onboarding again, you will be able to set up a new subscription (in fact you will have to do that in order to get cloud recording).
