Mobile app freezes wagon wheel icon spins relentlessly

when viewing camera footage both reruns and live hits. The video freezes and the wagon wheel shape spins relentlessly causing delays in urgent viewing.

camera distance from base station within limits of range. Worked before now it’s crap. What is the fix?

If you haven't tried removing/reinserting the battery of the camera, then try that.  While you are at it, I suggest power-cycling the base.

If that makes no difference, then try moving the camera closer to the base as a test, and see if that resolves the problem.
