Hello all, I've had a 4 camera (ultra2) configuration with a smart hub to record locally for more than a year (no plan subscription). I recently added a new camera, and received a 30 day trial. That trial has ended. When I try to access my recordings on any camera now, it tells me this is a premium feature, and I must have a plan.
Having a smart hub, I shouldn't need a plan to see my recordings. How can I get that access back?

Go to the devices page, and select the base. You should see the local recordings there.
Arlo is rolling out an app update that gives you a local/cloud control on the feed page. So maybe also see if there is an app update.

Thanks. I found them under Base Station, Storage Settings. Looks like they are only grouped by date, not by camera/date. I really hope they fix this access, as this makes it a lot more tedious to view recordings in this new app version.
