I recently bought a new system and was super happy that I was able to successfully install it without help. However, when installing the old system at my mom’s house... I needed help. The app made it very easy to call Arlo for help. The call taker was awesome, patient and knowledgeable. I sure appreciate how smooth they made the install for me. My hang up wasn’t even the Arlo system but that my mom’s phone was on a different WiFi network than the base station. Arlo could see that and made me aware of something I hadn’t thought to check. Thank you Arlo!
