Image changes size when viewing recorded videos? Image gets bigger then smaller? How do I stop this?

recently when viewing recorded videos the image changes size when playing. the image gets bigger then smaller, the bigger.  The changing size back and forth stops when I enter full screen viewing. How do I stop this?

Do you have Auto-Zoom and Tracking enabled in the camera settings? If so, disable it.
