IP address is registered so no access to any subscriptions as I'm a user abroad

Can somebody advise please.
Bought ultra got it configured and registered while abroad.
Needless to say the IP address is registered so I have no access to any subscriptions as I’m a “user l” abroad.
I’ve tried to contact customer support via chat they are now saying I’m not a user for active chat…..
Please advice to speak with someone…
Any contact numbers ???

I think that you need to 

  1. remove the camera and base from the account
  2. create a new account
  3. add back the camera and base to that new account.
