I have black videos several time times in a row

arlo ultra 2 last night recorded 7 times and the video was black.  This has been going for over a couple of weeks.  Thois just started a few weeks ago.

This only happens at night?

 

Do you have the spotlight enabled?

Also, is Nightvision also enabled?
