Hi I have just brought two new ultra 2 cameras one of the cameras/ battery is faulty. I need to arrange a replacement. The battery drained in two days and now is using 25% of power each day. Any suggestions please

First swap the two cameras, and see if the problem moves with the camera or stays with the location. If the problem moves, then swap the batteries, and see if the problem moves with the battery or stays with the camera.

 

The best way to replace a camera is to exchange it with the seller.  So if you are still within the return window then do that.  

 

If you can no longer exchange the camera, then contact Arlo support via the support center in the app.  That requires an Arlo subscription.   There is both chat and phone support available in the contact section - phone support might be the better option.
