I am only getting random footage

Everytime I look for something on my camera footage, it's not there. I have come to learn that I am not getting the coverage I used to. My cameras never record my anaimals anymore and I only get limited footage for everything else. This is no good to me. I am canceling service and requesting a FULL REFUND on all my camera equipment.

Have you double-checked the motion detection threshold?

 

A while back I find mine had been silently changed from 80 down to 50.  If that happened to you, then adjusting the threshold back up might resolve this issue for you.
