We currently have Pro/Pro2 set up on our account with subscription. We ONLY use DESKTOP for Arlo.
How do we set up our new 5 camera Ultra2 with new hub? Do we need to use both hubs that came with each 2 cam system or (hopefully) just one hub and sync all cameras to one hub?
Do we install new hub and 5 cams before uninstalling the old base and cameras?
I read that we have to install them on Arlo app. Is that saying we cannot use desktop site that we currently use?
Any info/advice is greatly appreciated as we don't want to mess this up when we switch causing us to not be without Arlo system running.

I would claim the new hub and add the Ultra cameras to it. Then remove the old cameras and base from your account and sync the cameras to the new hub. I'm not seeing where anything says you have to use the app for any of this - the only ones I see that need the app are the doorbells and chimes as well as the security lights. If you see otherwise, a screenshot would be useful.

Page 10 of Ultra2 User Manual (clicked on it at beginning of the Ultra2 forum) says must use Arlo app, but doesn't say about desktop probably because it's rare that people don't want it on their phone. I will probably chat with support before we start if I can't be sure.

You can definitely on-board the Ultra/Ultra2 from the PC (my.arlo.com).
No harm in trying - my.arlo.com won't let you select the devices you have to add from the app.
