How to Cancel Trial Secure Plan

Just purchased a new Ultra 2 to replace an old EOL camera. The new camera came with a “free Secure Trial” but I already have a Secure plan. I understand I need to cancel the free trial, but do not see a way to do this. The 3 lines next to my other cameras (to enable moving between plans) do not exist for the new camera. How do you cancel the Trial Secure Plan?

UPDATE: after exactly 72 hours of being active but not providing motion alerts, the new devices magically began recording motion events and providing alerts. I spent 4 hours on the phone with customer care, being passed from agent to agent and providing multiple screenshots, with no resolution on how to remove the “single camera trial secure plan”. Case is still pending.
