How do you remove the Arlo Ultra battery?

The online instructions say to pull on it, but it's not budging.

What has to be done to get this thing removed???

Assuming you've already removed the camera from the case, it really is just a matter of pulling the battery out. I had a recent minor struggle with one here but triumphed over it with perseverance. I don't believe there's a catch to help hold the battery in place like the Pro 1/2 cameras but it may be worth a check.
