f i have 2 ultra 2 hubs in the same house does it matter which one i put the SD card in?
I am getting very frustrated with the lack of customer service .
you have to ask the community everything before you buy anything .
you cant contact them to get any info at all . the phone number tells you to use the support page and you cant use it if you dont have an account yet

Yes - and if you are using both hubs, you need to use one SD card for each.
Each hub is paired with specific cameras. Video from the paired cameras is written to the SD card in that hub.
