Heat pump defreeze cycle triggers camera but no notification/record

When my heat pump defreezes it give a cloud of cold air. This triggers the Ultra2 camera somehow and the only chime2 is triggered (1 step of the automation rules). But the app produces no notification and there is no recording of the event. So the rules is partly triggered. 
How is this possible, why are not all rules triggered?

It could be your Smart settings (Smart will delete videos according to your settings). Try deactivating those cameras in Smart Notifications to see what happens.
