Granted access microphone not working

Hello, my partner has granted me access and full rights to settings for our new cameras. However, when I click the microphone button to talk through the cameras it’s says ‘connecting’ until it times out. I have checked my phone has granted permissions and still not working. To test my partner logged in as me on his phone and it was doing the same, however on his login it works across both phones. So seems more like an issue with the account / system than my device. Any advice?

Do you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app iOS v3.5.8 Android v3.5.7
Have you tried to remove/reinstall the Arlo app?
