I'm unable to change my  Activity Zones in my Arlo Ultra Pro 2 camera, the facility appears to have been removed in the 'settings" menu?

Help please?

Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. Rebooting the hub may also prove useful. If not, what phone and OS version?

Hi

Tried all that, do you have to have a subscription to adjust the Zones please? Mine has expired, I record to the hub on a Flash drive.

Good question. I have a sub so can't comment beyond the observation that activity zones are processed by the servers and require a subscription for that to happen. Connecting the camera to AC power allows the camera to do the processing so try that to see if that brings back the ability to configure zones.

Sadly I've tried the power source option but no luck so far! Looks like parting with money to solve this issue me thinks?

There is no such camera.

 

There are

  • Pro 2
  • Ultra
  • Ultra 2

among other models, but no "Ultra Pro 2".

 

You should get activity zones without a subscription with the Pro 2.  But not the Ultra cameras.
