Geo Fencing

I have 3 Ultra 2 cameras and a Smart hub base station.  My Geo fencing works for a while and then for no reason it will stop.   My enabled devices will show 6 iPhones for my wife (she has 1 iPhone).  after a while mine will show two devices. I have reset all devices back to original settings, I have deleted the app and reinstalled, I have tried everything.   Tech support is no help.  they have elevated this issue and of course are very sorry this has happened but offered no solutions.  any advice?

I don't have iOS devices but recently I saw a post that seemed to indicate renaming your phone(s) helps with identifying which is the current phone so the others can be deleted. Not sure it will help in your case but it's worth  a try. Can you delete them in Settings, Data Privacy, Account, Available Geofence Devices?
