Friend Not Seeing Devices

My wife accepted the invitation to view our cameras. However, none show up in her app. 

I have:

  deleted and reinstalled the app. 

  logged out and back in. 

  Removed and re-invited her. 


  accepted the request from a different device than her phone that has the app. 

these were all suggestions from other posts of people that had similar issues and I still can not get the cameras to show up in her app. What can I do to fix this?

Likely cause is the need to have the granted user accept the invite using a pc.

you are using a different app to the granted user.

(1) Does your account show that the invitation was accepted?  Or is it pending?

 

(2) Look at your main screen in the app.  Does it show "Library" as a menu item, or does it show "Feed"?  Also, what is your wife seeing on her main screen?
