I have never, never, never experienced such horrible customer service. I have tried for a week and called 8 phone numbers to get ahold of tech support and it does not exist. I cancel my service today after 2 years. Is there anybody out there who has a phone number for Arlo Support ?

Googling for a phone number is a bad idea, as it almost always end up connecting to as scam support site.
You need to access phone support through the support center in the app. This requires a subscription (or a camera under warranty).
If you see "Library" in your app, then this is the correct guide:
