Firmware update 13/12 No spotlights

Since 12/13, 2 cams spotlights aren't working  NO recording !. ARLO changed their original  Free local storage to paid $9.95 a month. Regardless, even that service doesn't work..,.. still NO recording or local storage.. only live view and NO security.
