We have about 8 of our cameras directly hooked to electricity
bit I have a question. We had a problem with two of our GFI. The electric company came and fix them. Now before they came one of the GFI was working cause I got the battery up to 100% and it stayed that way. The electrician today unplugged at the GFI and plugged it back in. Now no the camera doesn’t know it’s hooked up to electricity
should I have to unsnap the magnet connection and or pull out the battery and insert to get the camera to recognize it’s power sorce?

Are you using the normal Arlo outdoor chargers?
If so, have you tried plugging something else into the outlet just to make sure the outlet is getting power?

Yes I am using official ARLO Connectors

One of my outdoor chargers failed, so you might want to try swapping chargers and see if the problem moves (or not).
