Does Ultra 2 support activity zones when connected to AC power without a plan?

The following knowledge base page specifies the Pro 4, Pro 3, & Pro 3 Floodlight cameras support activity zones without a subscription plan as long as the cameras are connected to continuous AC power. Is this also the case with the Ultra 2?

Yes. If the processing is done in-camera, AC power is required on any camera.
