I have purchased many Arlo cameras and bases. I recently purchase a refurbished one (accidentally). I have spent three hours on the phone with Arlo as one of the cameras is obviously defective (doesn't allow live stream). I am very proficient and know how to use them as I have 8 other cameras in 2 other homes. They have wasted my time and will not admit they sent me a defective product, their customer service sucks!

What behavior are you experiencing that suggests the device is defective?
