I have the latest firmware on my cameras and base station. I have set up my own mode that when the front camera detects motion the rear camera should turn on and record for 30 seconds. No matter how many times I have set this up i cannot get the camera that doesn't detect the motion to record. Any suggestions?

Your pictures show the rear camera cross-triggering the front - is that correct since you mentioned the reverse? If you want the front to trigger the rear camera, you need a different rule which starts with the front camera and the adding the rear to the rule.
That said, there seems to have been issues with cross-triggering although I don't know whether it was an Arlo or user thing. Are the cameras connected to a hub or to WiFi?

@Wozza1 May or may not be the issue but when camera 1 is triggered by motion if the activity is out of the Activity zone on camera 2 the recordings on camera 2 will get disregarded by the server. There was a thread on this and a moderator confirmed it. If it is the zone for cam 2 it should have a recording. A good test for that is to remove activity zones to see if it makes a difference. I haven't used cross triggering in a while so I am also not sure about your rules you posted. Are you getting any recordings on cross triggered camera?

Good point. This simply won't work if there are activity zones set for the two cameras (unless there happens to be motion in the front camera zone when the rear camera triggers, or vice-versa).
