I open area ticket, get email stating they recieved the ticket issue.

Nobody has contacted me WEEKS later

I now have ANOTHER issue with the camera not picking up motion

I cannot get ANYONE 

JUST THE STUPID CHATBOT BLOCKING ME FROM GETTING HELP

 

Only because  I REFUSE to BUY YOUR PLAN!!!!

 I SUGGEST NOT TO GET ARLO DEVICES THE SUPPORT SUCKS 

ABD THEY PROBABLY BROKE THE CAMERAS FROM WIRKING IF THE PLAN IS NOT PURCHASED 

I SEE MANY IN THE COMMUNITY HAVING THE SAME ISSUES

AND GUSS WHAT?!!! TGEY DON'T HAVE THE "SPECIAL PLAN" EITHER.
