Constant notifications on iPhones

I have 4 Arlo Pro 4 cameras, and 3 Arlo Ultra 2 cameras around my house.  Notifications are sent to our (wife and I) iPhones when the cameras detect a person, pet, vehicle or even plant movement.  Is there anyway to easily set the system so that these constant and frequent notifications with that irritating sound stop?  I suppose if we are away from the house we may want to reactivate that feature.  Our dogs have also become trained to that sound from our iPhones and start barking and running to the front door.  Very irritating.  If anyone has a solution it would be much appreciated.
