I have a Xfinity router set up as a bridge so I use goggle Wi-Fi mesh. I can not connect my Smarthub to the Xfinity bridge though. My app will not find the Smarthub. Amber flashing light only. I can’t be the only one trying this set up. Help is appreciated.

The smarthub or Base station needs to be connected to the local network router modem using the Ethernet cable.
Your mobile device needs to also be connected, usually wifi, to the same network.
If you have a pc you can also use a web browser to login to my.arlo.com to import to your account but it also needs to connect to the same local network.

This won't work in bridge mode, as hub needs to be connected to a router (and in bridge mode the gateway isn't routing). You need to connect the hub to the google mesh.
