Charching

Helli! I'm having problem with charching Arlo Ultra 2. Toukokuuta battery inside and tried magnetic charching. The battery don't hold the charger on it. Have tried with another camera, same happened with it. The charger's magnet is OK. Have tested it. So something wrong with camera's battery. Have any idea what to do?

Once you've determined that the battery has failed, you replace it.

If this was purchased within the past year, you could contact Arlo support and see if it is still covered by the warranty.
