Cannot see shared cameras

I have shared granted access to my wife as well as granting administrative powers and each camera in the profile is checked to share. An invite was sent, she clicked create account and downloaded app on her phone. She cannot see the cameras and on my end it says the invite is pending. We have retried the sequence of deleting sharing and sharing again multiple times and nothing changes. She receives emails, clicks the only option that is create account, click on create account, it takes her to the app and the only option for her is to add cameras as if it is a completely new account with no cameras or base station assigned to the account. This issue seems to be wide spread looking at the forum; however, I have yet to come across an actual solution for this. Hope I have just missed it and someone here can help me.

Some recommend using the pc to accept the invite.
