Cannot Edit Rule

I cannot edit mode rules. I select If "motion is detected" but the next choices won't click. Then "record video" cannot be selected. Also "do nothing" is suddenly no longer an option and I can't even manually record. 

The Library is also messed up and won't let me see any recordings that I know are there. I keep getting error messages.


Anyone dealing with these issues or similar?

Do you have a current subscription for the Ulta 2 cam. You would need one for cloud recordings after the 3 month trial expires. Also what base/hub do you have as you listed the VMB3500 which is not compatible with the Ultra2.
