Can't turn on SMS notifications, can't find "mode"

I can't find where to turn on my SMS notifications on my app or on the webpage.

What are you wanting to use SMS for?

 

You can't receive alert notifications over SMS (unless your provider also provides a way to send SMS messages via email).

 

But you can use SMS for two-factor verification.
