Bellissima questa novità della arlo non danno supporto quando non si ha un abbonamento , ho installato la nuova app dando i privilegi per vedere la telecamera viene aggiunta ma non si vede né i video né la telecamera ed io per risolvere i casini. CHe hanno loro creato dovrei anche pagarli ??? Qualcuno sa. Come risolvere il problema creato da arlo ??? Comunque mai più telecamere arlo
Beautiful this news of the arlo they don't give support when you don't have a subscription, I installed the new app giving the privileges to see the camera is added but you don't see either the video or the camera and I to solve the mess. I should also pay them for them that they created ??? Someone knows. How to solve the problem created by arlo ??? Anyway no more arlo cameras

Then sharing cameras will only work if you migrate your interface to "Feed".
The hack that does that is to go to "add device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera. While you can't complete that process without the camera, the workflow will migrate your account to "Feed" before you get stuck.
There are a lot of changes, and once you migrate, you cannot migrate back to "Library".
A word of warning:
- "Feed" has no custom modes. While you can modify the three built-in modes, you cannot add any more. So if you use that feature, you will lose if it you migrate.
- The combination of geofencing+scheduling doesn't quite work. In particular, when you arrive you will sometimes need to manually set the mode. That is because "Feed" doesn't immediately follow your schedule when you return.

Are you saying that the cameras aren't shown in a "friend" account?
Or are you saying that you no longer see local storage?
For local storage, try
- going to the devices page
- pressing on the base station tile
- selecting "storage settings"

Both accounts either need to see "Library" in their app menu, or both need to see "Feed" and "Dashboard".
Are you seeing the same user interface in both accounts?

cameras aren't shown in a "friend" account
The videos do not appear, but if I close the app it says that there are over 1000 to view

new Arlo app that doesn't work. now to get your money arlo creates the apps that don't work like that to remedy their mistake you have to pay the support
