Can I extend an ethernet cable to the Arlo Base station beyond 100m with a POE switch?

My Arlo base station is 110m away from my internet router, and I have difficulties getting a strong enough internet signal beyond 100m of ethernet cable. Can I strengthen the signal with a POE switch on the ethernet cable?

Not sure exactly what you are thinking. The POE switch doesn't give you a longer distance than an ordinary ethernet switch. It just optionally adds power. The base can't directly accept that power.
The cable spec for fast and gigabit ethernet is 100m, though I think in some cases you can connect further.
But you can add a switch part way along the path between the router and the base, and then connect the switch to the router and the base.
