2- can i mute or snooze individual cameras in stead of disarming all?

All push notification sounds for iOS are just the tri-sound, the android is customisable in the phone settings  but not individually for each camera.

The arlo app has a mute notification option for set periods for all cameras. Again not individually.

You can turn off each camera individually via the camera settings menu.

If you still have the older app UI experience you can create custom modes to manage individual cameras.
