Camera light flashes

I have 5 arlo ultra 2 cameras. Two of my cameras will flash the white light once during the night. This happens occasionally and only once a night when it does. There are no security recording or any evidence of the camera seeing something.  What is causing this?

If it's in the middle of the night, it's likely the same phenomenon we've seen over the years. We believe it's due to the cameras being checked for firmware updates, etc. Nothing to worry about but there's never been an official explanation.
