Camera Positioning Won't Load

Cameras are working fine, but I cannot get the app to open the cameras when trying to reposition them. So that limits me accurately poi ting the camera to limit the shaded area. Videos aren't capturing the subject quick enough due to not being able to properly position them.

I generally use live view for positioning (it lags compared to the direct connection positioning is supposed to use but it works). Have you tried that?
