Came with the house. Base station working all year and yesterday it stopped connecting to the internet. It’s just grey. I changed cords thinking it was that. I rebooted internet. I factory rest the base several times.
Any other thoughts? Not sure it’s an ultra 2 either..

You need to tell us what LEDs are showing on the base station.

If the internet led is grey or off and power is green then the base is missing the Ethernet connection to the base station which could be a faulty Ethernet cable, a faulty router or indeed the base station is faulty.

Have you power cycled the modem router for the internet?

I'm a little confused on whether you are seeing an issue with your base, or with one of the cameras connected to the base.

The base model is on a label on the base (and starts with a VMB).

If you open up the camera and pull the battery, you should also see a label there, which will identify the camera.  That will start with a VMC.  If you post that here, we can confirm the camera model.

Note that if you reset the base using the paper-clip reset, you will need to remove the base and cameras from the account, and then re-add them.
