Base not recognizing new camera which I'd like to add to my system. Robot is not helping

The robot will not escalate. Is there an 800 number that will actually get to customer service to resolve?

You have to have a subscription to contact support via Settings, Support. You can temporarily subscribe to get support and then cancel.
What base are you using? Not all support the Ultra 2. If you do have a supported base try the reset procedure.
