Hi guys, can anyone tell me why it has been two years of me asking for email support in regards to an agreed subscription?
When they do reply it is usually for my question to be updated yet I have not spoken to anyone about my problem.
I was led to believe that they would honour our agreement but they still haven’t. Stay Safe

Can you post the case number and also tag the mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS )? They can follow up on the case, but of course users can't.
