We just bought a Arlo 2 ultra kit, I can’t get the hub to connect during installation. I’ve made a port forward on 80,123,443. I am still not able to get it to work, I’ve tried Arlo eu support Friday and today, it’s been impossible to reach them. Do you have any tips on what I am doing wrong?

This is almost never needed - 80 and 443 are used for web browsing, so if that works the ports are open. 123 is used for time sync, and that is also open on most home networks. I suggest deleting those forwarding rules (clearly they didn't change anything).
First double-check that the smarthub shows up in your router's attached device list.
If it does show up, then try onboarding the hub from a PC (my.arlo.com) instead of using the app. That sometimes will work when the mobile app fails.
