I just recently purchased a Arlo ultra 2 that came with 3 cameras. I have an issue with the smarthub being already connected to the internet and has a solid blue light however, I am unable to locate it on any device via the App. Ive called the technical support team also which helped me trouble shoot though, still being an issue not locating.
Wifi is strong enough and supports 2.4ghs also.
Anyone have similar issue or can anyone help?

The hub doesn't use your WiFi since it's connected to the router via the Ethernet cable. If using a VPN, be sure to disable it for setup purposes. You may want to reset the hub:
In the past, I ran into one older base that looked like it was connected but I couldn't add it to the account. A different base worked right away. You may need to swap at the store.
