Arlo Ultra 2 smart hub connection problem

I have recently purchased the Arlo Ultra 2 three camera set up. All cameras are fully charged and the smart hub lights up blue. When I go into my samsung arlo app to add device it keeps coming up with no device found. Please help. I have re booted several times and started the whole process from beginning at least 8 times

If the cameras are onboarded to your account, then you don't "add device" again from the app.

 

It sounds like you might be using a different username/password when you log into the app?
